Spoke is yet another cool name for a publishing type of site, I have a profile page on there already, and now my first “Spoken post” seems a positive place and I have high hopes of speaking regularly there.  I do speak in public on regular basis and whilst that was hard at first I have gotten used to that and developed my speaking / public speaking skills a lot.

TV radio and newspapers are also fun and I have experience of those media’s also.

I prefer women to men in general, and its great to here busines women speaking in public also.  Anyway I hope this site turns out well.  My first post there can be found here
